AI, Visualization, and Cloud. Built for measurable ROI.

We're an AI company with one rule: every system we build has to move a number you care about. Private, secure AI. High-performance 3D. Cloud done right. For any industry.

What we do

Three things. Each tied to a return you can measure.

01

Artificial Intelligence

We build private, cost-efficient AI that runs on your own infrastructure: small language models tuned on your data, AI on edge devices, and modernization of the AI you already run. Self-hosted or on-premise, not a shared third-party service. We won't sell you AI you don't need: if a simpler solution wins, we'll tell you.

02

Visualization & 3D

Real-time, interactive 3D that runs in any browser on WebGL: data visualization, product configurators, digital twins, and engineering viewers. Built with Three.js and our own rendering core, so it stays fast on a mid-range phone and cheap to run.

03

Cloud

Migration, modernization, and cloud-native rebuilds on AWS, Azure or GCP, plus cost optimization on what you already run. We recommend the path that actually pays back, including a straightforward lift-and-shift when that's the right fit for your budget and timeline.

See all fifteen things we build

How we work

Three commitments we hold ourselves to.

ROI first

Every project starts with the number it has to move. No AI for the sake of AI.

Your data stays yours

We deploy private, sovereign AI inside your own boundary. Nothing leaves that you don't want to leave.

No hype

We build engineering you can audit, not a thin layer over someone else's API.

How an engagement runs

From first email to something in production.

No long discovery phase before you see anything real. We'd rather prove the idea on your data early, including proving it doesn't work, if that's the answer.

01

Name the number

Tell us the outcome you want to move: a cost, a cycle time, a conversion rate, a headcount hour. If we can't tie the work to one, we'll say so before you spend anything.

02

Scope it honestly

We map the shortest path to that number, and we tell you where AI isn't the answer. Sometimes the win is a better pipeline, a cheaper instance type, or a rewrite of one query.

03

Prove it on your data

A working slice, inside your boundary, measured against the number. You see real output on real inputs before committing to a full build.

04

Build and deploy

We ship it into your environment: your cloud, your VPC, or your hardware. You get the source, the architecture, and the reasoning behind both.

05

Measure and hand over

We report against the number we started with, and we make sure your team can run and change what we built without us.

Data & sovereignty

Private by architecture, not by policy.

A promise in a contract isn't the same as a system that can't leak. We design so your data has nowhere to go.

  • Deployed in your boundary. Your cloud account, your VPC, your on-prem hardware, or the edge device itself.
  • Small models where they fit. A tuned small language model you own often beats renting a frontier model on cost, on latency, and on control.
  • Auditable by your team. You get the source and the architecture. Nothing about how it works is a black box we keep.
  • No lock-in by design. If you want to run it without us, you can.
Products

We're building our own products.

Using the same engineering we bring to client work. Launching here soon.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Artificial Intelligence

What does Sivi Quant Labs do?

We build three things: private AI that runs on your own infrastructure, real-time 3D that runs in the browser, and cloud migration and modernization. Every project is tied to a number it has to move: a cost, a cycle time, a conversion rate. We're remote-first and we're not tied to any one industry.

Can you run an LLM on our own servers instead of sending data to OpenAI?

Yes. That's our default way of building, not an upgrade. We deploy models inside your boundary: your cloud account, your VPC, your on-premise hardware, or the edge device itself. Nothing goes to a shared third-party API unless you specifically want it to.

What is a small language model, and would one work for us?

A small language model (SLM) is a compact model you host yourself, tuned for one job instead of trying to do everything. For a narrow, well-defined task, a tuned SLM you own often beats renting a frontier model on cost, on latency, and on control. Whether one fits depends on the task, and we'll tell you when it doesn't.

Can AI run on a device with no internet connection?

Yes. AI on edge devices is one of the things we build: models that run on the hardware itself, so they keep working with no connectivity and no data leaving the device.

We already have AI that isn't delivering. Can you fix it instead of starting over?

Usually, yes. Modernizing AI you already run is a core part of what we do. Often the model isn't the problem: it's the data pipeline feeding it, the cost of how it's hosted, or that it was never tied to a measurable outcome in the first place.

What if we don't actually need AI?

Then we'll tell you, and we'd rather tell you early than bill you for a year first. Plenty of problems that arrive labelled “AI” are really a data pipeline, an index, or a cost-model problem. Solving the real one is cheaper for you and better for us.

Visualization & 3D

Can you build a 3D product configurator for our website?

Yes. Product configurators are one of the main things we build in 3D, alongside data visualization, digital twins, and engineering viewers. They run in the browser on WebGL, so your customers don't install anything.

Will 3D actually run well on our customers' phones?

That's the constraint we design for from the start. We build on Three.js plus our own rendering core specifically so scenes stay fast on mid-range mobile hardware, rather than only on a desktop with a dedicated GPU.

What is a digital twin, and do we need one?

A digital twin is a live 3D model of a real thing (a machine, a building, a production line) kept in sync with real data coming off it. It's worth building when seeing the current state in 3D actually changes a decision someone makes. If a plain dashboard would do the same job for less, we'll say so.

What do you build the 3D on?

Three.js and WebGL, plus our own rendering core for the parts where a general-purpose library costs more than it gives: geometry processing, projection, and optimization passes. That's what keeps it fast in the browser and cheap to run.

Cloud

Should we lift-and-shift our cloud, or refactor?

Whichever one pays back, and lift-and-shift is often the right call. We'll recommend it when it fits your budget and timeline, rather than pushing a cloud-native rebuild you don't need. A rebuild earns its cost when your spend scales with the wrong thing, or the architecture is blocking something you need to ship.

Can you reduce our cloud bill?

Cost is one of the first things we look at, because we treat spend as a design constraint rather than an afterthought. We'll review what you're running on AWS, Azure or GCP and tell you where the savings actually are, including when they aren't big enough to justify the migration effort.

Working with us

Which industries do you work in?

Any of them. We're deliberately not tied to one vertical. The engineering underneath (private models, rendering math, cloud architecture) transfers between industries. If your problem needs domain knowledge we don't have, we'll say so and work alongside the people who do.

Do we get the source code, or are we locked in?

You get the source and the architecture for everything we build, deployed inside your own environment. If you want to run it without us afterwards, you can. No lock-in by design, and nothing about how it works stays a black box we keep.

Where are you based? Do you work remotely?

We're remote-first and work with clients wherever they are. There's no office to visit; engagements run over email, calls, and shared repositories.

What does a project cost?

It depends entirely on scope, so we don't publish a price list. What we do first is establish the number the work has to move, and if the likely return doesn't justify the likely cost, we'll tell you at that point rather than after you've signed something.

How do we start?

Email connect@siviquantlabs.com and tell us the outcome you want to move. That first conversation costs nothing, and it's where we work out whether we're the right people for it.

Tell us the outcome you want to move.

One email, one number you'd like to change. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people to move it.
